Upon your item’s delivery to the Amazon Locker station, you should receive a notification via email.

However, if you didn’t receive this message but your tracking information indicates that the item has arrived at the location, follow these steps:
1. Visit Amazon and go to your message page, which can be found in your account.
2. Check for any messages related to accessing the locker.

If a message is present, follow the instructions provided in the message.

If there’s no message, visit the parcel location and inquire with the counter attendant to confirm the issue. If your location lacks an attendant, you can file a complaint with the Amazon support team.
